The Black Opal Service Standard
At Black Opal Luxury Car Service, we value your time and safety. To maintain our standard of excellence, the following policies apply to all reservations:
1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Local Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Events & State-to-State: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made outside these windows or “No-Shows” will be billed at 100% of the total fare.
2. Wait Time & Grace Periods
Airport Pickups: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights (60 minutes for international).
All Other Pickups: 15-minute grace period included.
Extended wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at our standard hourly rate.
3. Vehicle Care & Cleaning
I take great pride in our pristine Cadillac Escalade ESV. A minimum $500 professional cleaning & restoration fee will be charged for any interior damage, smoking, or excessive messes that require the vehicle to be taken out of service.
4. Payment & Gratuity
All rates are All-Inclusive, meaning fuel, tolls, and a 20% professional chauffeur gratuity are already built into your price. I believe in one clear price with no hidden fees.
Full payment is required via our secure Moovs portal to confirm and lock in your reservation.
5. Professional Conduct
Black Opal reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if a passenger’s conduct is deemed unsafe or illegal. Your safety and my professional standard are my #1 priorities.
